Forgot Account helps you retrieve your login account(s) in the Atomile Console by verifying your identity through email verification.

Accessing Account Recovery

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click Forgot Account below the login form.

Verifying Your Identity

1. Select the By Mail Verification option.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click Recover Now to send a verification email.

Completing Verification

1. Check your email inbox for the verification code.
2. Enter the verification code you received.
3. Click Confirm to display all user accounts associated with your email address.
