Action Trail Overview

Action Trail provides comprehensive audit and event log query capabilities. You can use it to search event details and login history within the Atomile Console. The system provides two main functions:

1. Event Detail Query: View the execution status and results of submitted tasks
2. Login Audit: Review account login and logout history

Querying Event Details

Accessing Event Logs

1. Navigate to the Event Detail Query page in Action Trail.
2. Set your query conditions, including the date range and filters.
3. View the detailed event logs.

Setting Query Parameters

Date Range Selection

• Historical data is available for up to 6 months.
• Each query can cover 1 to 31 days.

Filter Options

Access detailed event logs, with an approximate 3-minute latency, by using the following filter attributes:

Filter	Description	Notes
Read/Write Type	Filter by Read (View) or Write (Create/Update/Delete) activities
Login Account	Search by main account or subaccounts
Resource Name	Filter by subscribed product names and application services	Expandable query option
Request ID	Search by specific request IDs used for service actions	Expandable query option
Operational Event and Resource Types	Filter by service, operational event, and resource type	Expandable query option
