The Atomile console is an integrated portal interface that provides service insights for Atomile products. You can configure your own services and monitor real-time analytics through this customer portal.

Before You Begin

• This guide assumes that the Atomile product has already been set up for use in the customer portal by Atomile technical staff.
• Browser Requirements:
  • Supported operating systems: Windows, macOS (10.6 or later), and iOS (5.1 or later)
  • Recommended browsers: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  • Limited support: Opera or Edge
  • Optimal screen resolution: 1280 x 1024

Accessing the Console

1. The console is accessible only via SSL-enabled HTTPS (port 443).
2. Access the Atomile Console at: https://dash.atomile.com

Logging In to the Console

Before receiving access to the Atomile Console, you will need authentication credentials. New customers can obtain login credentials from their Account Manager or Atomile support staff. If you are an existing customer and someone in your organization is already an administrator, Atomile support staff can create credentials for you.

Using the Login Page Features

1. Selecting Your Language
   • Click the language selector to choose from the available language options.
2. Finding Contact and Support Information
   • If you have technical questions about our products, contact your Account Manager or Atomile support staff at any office or customer support center.
3. Recovering Access Information
   • If you forget your password:
     • Click Forgot Password on the login page.
     • Reset your password through email verification.
   • If you forget your login name:
     • Click Forgot Account on the login page.
     • Retrieve your login name(s) through email verification.

Signing In

1. Access the console at https://dash.atomile.com
2. Enter your LoginName and Password in the respective fields.
3. Click Login to access the main console.
