Atomile’s CDN service automatically records and stores log information on its edge servers, allowing you to download the logs for analysis. This guide explains how to download these logs.

Downloading Logs

To download CDN service logs from the Atomile Console, follow these steps:

1. Log In and Navigate: Open the Atomile Console and navigate to Products > Application Services > Log Download in the left sidebar. Then click Log Download.
2. Specify Time Range and Domains: Select the desired time range and the specific domains for which you want to download logs.
3. Run the Query: Click Query to generate a list of available logs that match your criteria.
4. Download Logs:
   • Individual Download: Find the log you want to download and click the corresponding download link. The log will be downloaded to your local device.
   • Batch Download: To download multiple logs at once, select the checkboxes next to the desired logs and click Batch Download.

Important Considerations

• Log Retention: The Atomile Console retains logs for 14 days by default.
