Users with All Policies Granted Still Cannot Access Any Resources

When creating a new user account and granting all policies, the user may still see an empty Console because Atomile uses separate controls for user accounts and service resources.

For most Atomile products and services, administrators must configure two types of permissions:

• Policy permissions for functional operations
• Resource permissions for specific service domains

To resolve this issue, use Control Group Management to assign your service domains to the new user account by configuring the appropriate control group.

Enabling Self-Service API Applications for a Sub-User

1. Navigate to IAM > User Management.
2. Click the login name of the target sub-user to open the user details page.
3. Locate the Programmatic Access - Self-service on OpenAPI setting.
4. Toggle this option to On to allow the user to request API access independently.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.
