Atomile Console IAM (Identity and Access Management) provides comprehensive management functions for user accounts. The following functions are available:

Function Name	Description
Modify Basic Information	- Change the Display Name of the user account - Change the Email Address of the user account - Enable or disable the user account (activate or deactivate)
Modify Login Settings	- Turn Console Login on or off - Reset password settings: - Require password reset at next login - Keep current setting unchanged - Change console password: - Keep the current password unchanged - Automatically generate a new default password - Set a custom password
Access Key Management	- Create or delete Access Keys (up to 5 keys) - Enable or disable Access Keys
Delete User Account	- Permanently delete the user account

Accessing User Accounts

• Navigate to Account Management > IAM > Identities > Users.

Editing Basic Information

1. Click the User Login Name of the user account you want to edit.
2. Select Modify Basic Information to update the Display Name and Email Address as needed.

Modifying Login Settings

1. Turn Console Login on or off as needed.
2. Modify the password settings as required.

Managing Access Keys

• Create or manage Access Keys for the selected user account.

Deleting a User

1. Locate the user you want to delete in the Users menu.
2. Confirm the deletion in the Warning Message dialog box.
   Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
