Creating and Managing User Accounts

Creating a New User Account

  1. Go to Account Management → IAM → Identities → Users. Make sure you are using a Main Account or a Sub Account with equivalent permissions. If the IAM menu is missing, verify your account type in Basic Information.
  2. Click Create User, complete the user information form, and then click Submit.
  3. Carefully save the password and access key, as they are displayed only once during account creation.
  4. Verify that the new user account appears in IAM → Identities → Users.

Assigning Policies to the User

  1. Click Grants on the user’s Permissions tab to manage access to Atomile products.
  2. Browse the available System Policies and Custom Policies in the left panel.
  3. Select the desired policies and confirm that they appear under Selected in the right panel.
  4. Click Confirm to apply the permissions.

Assigning Control Groups

Control Groups organize domains for easier management. Assign them when users need to edit domain configurations or view traffic reports.

  1. Navigate to IAM → Permissions → Control Group MGMT.
  2. Find the appropriate Control Group that contains the domains the user needs to access.
  3. Select the new user account and assign it to the Control Group.
  4. Click Submit to finalize the assignment and enable access to the domains.
